HANDLE WITH CARE

Handle With Care is a street show searching for a body that instead of imposing itself over the noises/hustle? that may be in the street, it shows its fragility, moving between visibility and invisibility. With a suggestive visual language and communicating with the audience through playfulness and moments of interaction, I present a being that relates to a particular place on/through the basics: the objects and the people that surround it, the earth and the sky.

The piece will premiere in Fira Tàrrega 2016.

Diana Gadish: After graduating from SNDO (School for New Dance Development), Amsterdam, and work as an interpreter in projects of contemporary dance and performance in several European countries. In 2008 Diana gets in contact with the clowning, being a regular member of Cabaret Cabron (directed by Jango Edwards). Since 2009 she is performing with her own creations: Genesis Joplin, Lucy Live, Marathon (collective creation of the clown company Zinc Co.) and humorous sketches. Currently she also collaborates with other artists, she works as a hospital clown with Pallapupas and teaches dance and body work at Col·legi de Teatre de Barcelona and Laboratorio Escuela.
