EXERCISE INSPIRED BY THE FUNERAL CEREMONIES OF BURKINA FASO
This conference is inspired by the funeral ceremony of the ethnic Mossi of Burkina Faso. Victor Turull has personally attended several of them in the past 15 years. It is a wheel of song and dance in which you experience and share the energy created in the circle while singing and dancing. It has two-step simple and highly energetic in their repetition: a step to gather energy and a second step in which this energy is released together organically and harmoniously through a song. It consists of three series of 45 minutes each with a break of 15 minutes of conscious breathing, making a total of 4 hours uninterrupted.
No previous experience is needed
