CRA’P Workshops 2024

From April to June. 3rd Saturday of the month from 10h to 13h.

It is a cycle of three encounters to enjoy the body in movement with the accompaniment of different dance and bodywork professionals.

20 January with Noemí De Angelis

Body awareness workshop to explore the body-mind relationship. A morning in three stages. Opening paths. One, re-knowing the main energy centres in the body. Two, an approach to Reiki, a method of healing through the hands. Three, a time for meditation.

18 May with Mónica Extremiana

A space of shared exploration from the basis of Body-Mind Centering, in order to connect with the nature we are, with our potential and at the same time with our patterns. A journey from the singular to the collective, in which movement becomes poetic.

15 June with Constanza Brncic

I propose an encounter for exploring, by means of playing, the movement, perception and the way in which we relate to each other through dance. No previous experience is necessary, just the willingness to enjoy and learn!
