CRA’P Workshops 2024
From January to March. 3rd Saturday of the month from 10h to 13h.
It is a cycle of three encounters to enjoy the body in movement with the accompaniment of different dance and bodywork professionals.
20 January with Diana Gadish
A space dedicated to the practice of the Authentic Movement which, through a deep listening, allows an experience where the relationship between psyche and body is manifested. The dance improvisation will help us find fluency, openness and body awareness.
17 February with Maria Ribera
We will be playing to explore ourselves through movement, in relation to ourselves and in relation to the group. Through somatic and mutual listening, working by guidelines, authentic movement and instantaneous and choral composition, we will experience a personal and collective journey in movement.
16 March with Jordi Cortés
Being aware of our body, through breathing, giving movement cues in order to discover our genuine way of dancing, games where dance is the protagonist, looking for what moves us and affects us, and thus establishing dialogues with other people, with the space in which I move, with the beat and the music.
Fees:
