CRA’P Workshops 2023

From October to December. 3rd Saturday of the month from 10h to 13h.

It is a cycle of three encounters to enjoy the body in movement with the accompaniment of different dance and bodywork professionals.

21 October with Maria Elisa Al Cheikh

A space for self-observation to connect with our creativity and vitality, with the pleasure of moving and dancing. To recognise bodily tensions in order to transform them, to develop our own movement through listening, and to broaden our bodily awareness.

18 November with Ona Mestre

To be present in all our being-body and to enjoy the dance-improvisation. We will look for ourselves in the presence of all the parts of our body, so we vibrate them in their movement letting their energy to lead us into improvisation and dance in life so it can be alive!!!

16 December with Ana S Couso

Through Katsugen, breathing and improvisation games, we will look for what moves us by listening to the movement that spontaneously flows in us. We will observe the swaying between breathing in and breathing out, tensing and relaxing, the swaying between vertebrae, the swaying as a possible dance.
