CRA’P Collaborations 2022

Saturday 30th April at 20h
Cultural Center La Marineta – Mollet del Vallès

CRA’P presents “Body Space” a movement practice open to anyone interested, led by Isidora Zegers

Isidora Zegers will offer to anyone interested a brief movement practice implementing Qigong elements in order to put the body to dance. With movement we generate space within the body, and in stillness we expand our ability to perceive the inner space we create. In the alternation between the two, we experience the gentle force of transformation and change in the body.

No physical condition or previous experience is necessary, everyone can participate.

Isidora Zegers (Chile, 1984) Graduated in Dance with a major in Interpretation, since 2008 she has developed as a performer, choreographer and teacher. Since 2013 she works as a therapist, after having trained in Chiropractic and Tibetan Osteopathy.
Graduated in Qigong at the Li Ping School of Acupuncture and TCM, since 2019 she has been studying Traditional Chinese Medicine, in the same school.
In 2018 she began a research process at CRA’P, artistic creation and research practices, which has allowed her to internalize, integrate, and relate the various practices in which she has been trained, during the following residences: The Space 2018-2019, In the Labyrinth 2019-2022 and The Wind 2021-2022.
