CRA’P Workshops 2020

From 29 June to 15 July Tueday and Thursday from 17h to 18:30

Special creation workshop

It is a proposal merged from the regular workshop SCENIC BODY, that will now focus on making a creative process to elaborate what we have experienced in this extrange course. Through creativity, playing and movement, we will open a space to accompany and process the ensemble of emotions and feelings related to the continuos confinements and constantly changing restrictions.

To play, making of limitations new possibilities.
To move, going from frustration to fun.
To transform, from body control into body awareness.
To recognize, both the space separating us and the space relating us.

On the last day, the result of the creation will be shared with the families

Esther Freixa. Actress/performer and a Performing Arts maker. BA degree in Drama from the Theatre Institute of Barcelona. For over 15 years she has been teaching, giving workshops and courses about body awareness and movement in primary schools, theatre and dance schools, cultural institutions and centres. She has shown her pieces in several countries in Europe and Latin America. She is a founding member of CRA’P.
