CRA’P workshops 2015
From January to June (first day: 14th January)
Wednesdays from 20h to 22h
This workshop intends to mobilize the body by using different techniques and disciplines which enable us to reach an state of openness related to perception, awareness and energy. We will work on the physicality of the body: its breath, weight, axes, spine, bone structure, centre. Their relationship with the earth, the space and the time. We will observe how subtle changes can affect us, and generate a ‘different’, sensitive and creative body .
Aimed at anyone who wants to deepen its body knowledge, as a personal benefit or as a professional development.
Conducted by Esther Freixa
