EXPERIENTIAL WORKSHOP – A MEETING
The moving body is a body that communicates emotions, feelings, needs, pains, anxieties. In the body there is the record of our past, our present. It is through the awareness of the movement, changing postures and exploring the possibilities of our own movement which we recognize ourselves, to know ourselves and be masters of our future as individuals and in our relationship with the other.

Aimed at people with and without disabilities, educators, instructors, psychologists, teachers, parents and mothers, teachers, students, professionals in the performing arts, and anyone interested in learning this methodology as a personal benefit or as a professional development.

Taught by Claudia Palavicini

 

Claudia Sanchez Palavicini is educational psychologist at the Autonomous University of Mexico, ballet teacher for the National Institute of Fine Arts of Mexico, associated member of ADTA (American Dance Movement Therapy), a member of the International Dance Council CID-UNESCO , diploma in art as therapy CONACULTA-UAM (Autonomous Metropolitan University), postgraduate in DMT by UAB, currently pursuing a graduate in arts Education for the OEI-CAEU, University of Valladolid.

Researcher at the Secretariat of Public Education and Research Center for Special Education Services of the Autonomous University of Mexico; founder of the project Metztli Kin-,  Creative stimulation Center, researcher and professor of the University Center of Dance, in the area of dance therapy, motor skills, body language and psychology.
