CRA’P Workshops 2024
From October to December. 3rd Saturday of the month from 10h to 13h.
It is a cycle of three encounters to enjoy the body in movement with the accompaniment of different dance and bodywork professionals.
19 October with Núria Guiu Sagarra
This workshop proposes a guided meditation towards movement in which we will explore the body and dance through sensory attention, improvisation and playing. No previous experience is necessary, just the desire to dance.
16 November with Constanza Brncic
I propose an encounter for exploring, by means of playing, the movement, perception and the way in which we relate to each other through dance. No previous experience is necessary, just the willingness to enjoy and learn!
21 December with Montse Roig
I invite you to engage in movement through playing and listening. To connect with the spontaneous, with whatever wants to move. I starting from Mercedes Boronat’s Keep Moving Method and Seitai’s practices. We will combine moments in which we will raise the energy with other more internal moments of exploration. No previous experience is necessary, just the desire to try and play.
