A time space to be connected with one’s own impulse, to notice it and honour it, through movement, in which each one of us can hear it and recognise it, while taking care of the rhythm, the experiences, the diversity of bodies. A space to celebrate our inner strength that enables us to “move mountains”, that allows us to feel vulnerable, that permits us to sense and perceive. A force, at times, invisible, thirsty, revolted. A space to consciously move the vital impulse.

Mireia Chalamanch Amat. Performer, actress and stage director; facilitator of Work Processes, she guides personal processes, relationships and groups. She is a creator and producer of participatory projects in educational and community environments. The movement and the body are the inspiration and anchorage sources of vital experiences.

This activity is the outcome of CRA’P collaborating with the International Women’s Day Programme of the City of Mollet del Vallès.
