Chamo, friend and collaborator of CRA’P, offers us a massage workshop in pairs to collect funds to help the association to go ahead.

Foot reflexology is a centuries-old technique belonging to traditional Chinese medicine. It stimulates specific points on the foot, which is divided into different reflex zones from other parts of the body, contributing to improve the overall health of the person.

In this two-and-a-half-hour workshop you will learn the basics to be able to give this massage to another person with a little more knowledge of the reflex points of the feet.

Come with a partner and a blanket to cover yourself in case you get cold. Chamo will be giving us aromatic oils for a better and more relaxing experience.

Help us spread the word and share it with anyone who might be interested. Any contribution will be welcome.

Chamo: an osteopath and masseur by profession, is 55 years old, Venezuelan, and has lived in Spain since 2006. He is the owner of the Holistic Centre Chamo, in Barcelona.
