CRA’P workshops 2025

29 November from 10h to 13h

I seek presence through meditation, breath, and movement. Using the inner journey, I ask myself: where are the frontiers we create? Where is the line that limits us? Can we find a moment where the body can go beyond its own borders? Discovering time and space in a different way.

This is not about results, form, or choreographic work. Instead, we aim to move from impulse, from sensation — physical, emotional, imaginary — from what is involuntary or unknown, and allow ourselves to go through it.

I use the journey and extended duration to explore transformation. This may involve working with states of transition, effort, boredom, contemplation — not as problems, but as methods of discovery.

Workshop open to everybody. Previous experience is not required.
